Our dedicated Housing Support Officers provide one-to-one, tailored guidance for every tenant. We take the time to understand each person’s story and develop a plan that supports both immediate needs and long-term goals.
Tailored Support Plans
The goal is to empower tenants to live independently, make positive progress, and move successfully into permanent housing. Both the tenant and Housing Support Officer hold a copy of the agreed plan to track progress and celebrate milestones.

Personalised Housing Support
We work to address the root causes of homelessness, helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed to live independently. Every tenant is matched with a Housing Support Officer who meets with them regularly to:
The Housing Support Officer will begin by meeting with the tenant to establish a personalized support plan. This plan is developed collaboratively and outlines key areas where the tenant may benefit from additional support. These areas may include:

The Housing Support Officer will work closely with the tenant throughout the process to ensure the plan reflects their needs and aspirations. Once agreed upon, both parties will receive a copy of the finalized support plan.

Support for Landlords
We also work closely with landlords to ensure safe, sustainable housing for our tenants. Partnering with Trusted Hands CIC offers peace of mind and reliable property management, including:
- • Ensuring properties are safe and habitable
- • Responding promptly to complaints and repairs
- • Fixed monthly payments—even if the property is vacant
- • Rent paid in advance (often 1–2 months upfront)
- • Full property management services (repairs, inspections, tenant liaison)
- • Reduced administrative burden
- • Help with compliance and safety standards
