Complaint Process
Acknowledgement
Complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days.
Investigation
A fair and confidential review is conducted within 14 days after the complaint is acknowledged.
Outcome
A written response will be provided with findings and actions where appropriate
RIGHT TO APPEAL
Should be unhappy with the outcome you have 7 days to appeal the decision. This will then be reviewed by a member of the SMT (senior management team)
