At Trusted Hands CIC, we believe that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home—and the support to thrive beyond it. Our dedicated Housing Support Officers provide intensive, one-to-one guidance tailored to each tenant’s unique circumstances.

Who We Support

Trusted Hands CIC supports vulnerable adults and families who require safe accommodation alongside structured support.

Depending on availability and referral suitability, we may support individuals experiencing:

  • Homelessness or risk of homelessness
  • Mental health challenges
  • Social exclusion or isolation
  • Complex life circumstances
  • Financial hardship
  • Barriers to independent living
  • Transition from supported environments

All referrals are assessed individually to ensure our accommodation and support services are suitable for the resident’s needs.
